Q: How does the product come packed?
A: 3 x 3 pound zip-locked bags
A: Arancini, fritters and tots are best fried. These can be defrosted or cooked from frozen and cooked in a fryer at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes. It is possible to cook in a pre-heated
oven, we recommend cooking from frozen at 425 degrees for 8-12 minutes depending on product. The use of the oven will result in a softer texture.
Meatballs are par-roasted in our facility and ideally, we recommend the meatballs be cooked in a convection oven. Meatballs can be defrosted to reduce cooktime but may also be cooked from frozen. We would recommend that the meatballs be cooked on a sheetpan or hotel pan at 375 degrees. To keep the meatball from drying out in the oven, we recommend tossing in sauce or adding water or stock to the pan. Cook times are between 8-10 minutes from defrosted state and 10-12 minutes from frozen. Cook to 165 degrees internal temperature. Once removed from the oven, coat in your preferred sauce or glaze.
Ravioli, bring water to a boil and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes and remove.
Q: How long does the product last after thawed out?
A: 4 days
Q: How can I serve this unique product?
A: Many of our items are made to fit the shareable tapas or small plate style. We recommend serving in a cone, a martini glass or on a small plate. We have included some photography on this site to help inspire ideas. If you would like more information, please contact us.
